Express Shipping

DHL Express : NEW! We now offer worldwide express shipping. Within Germany, delivery takes place within 1 business day. International delivery takes 1–2 business days. Please note that orders must be placed Monday to Friday by 10 a.m. at the latest – there is no shipping on Saturdays. For prepayment orders, shipping only takes place once we have received the payment.

Note: Saturday delivery is not possible with DHL Express. Please also note that express shipping is only available for shipments up to a weight of 20 kg.


Oversized Item Shipping

GEL: For our oversized items, we offer shipping via GEL. Please make sure to provide your phone number when placing the order. GEL will contact you by phone to arrange a smooth delivery.

Costs:
Shipping within Germany = €29.90
Shipping within France = €39.90
Shipping within the Netherlands = €20.00
Other countries = €59.90


Freight Shipping

Freight forwarding: For our bulky goods, we offer freight shipping at a cost of €80. Please ensure that you provide a phone number with your order. The freight company will contact you by phone to arrange delivery.

PayPal

With or without a PayPal account, you can pay easily, quickly and securely in our online shop using the PayPal Plus service. Note: for payment by invoice, credit card or direct debit a PayPal account is NOT mandatory.

Secure: your bank or credit card details are only stored at PayPal. Therefore, the data is not sent over the internet again with every online purchase.

Simple: you pay with two clicks. Because you access your bank or credit card data deposited with PayPal instead of entering them again for every purchase.

Fast: Because PayPal payments are processed quickly, we can ship the goods immediately or reorder them for you immediately if they are not available in stock.

After selecting PayPal in the order processing, you will be connected directly to the PayPal portal. There you have to log in with your existing PayPal account and confirm the payment. You will then be redirected to our shop page, where you will have to confirm your order once again. Your PayPal account will be debited directly with the corresponding amount after the order has been completed. At the same time, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of payment by e-mail. In the event of a return, we will credit the value of the goods to your PayPal account.

Credit and debit cards

You give us the credit card number, validity and verification number of your credit card. We transmit your data and process your order immediately. In the event of a return, we will credit the value of the goods to your credit card account. Your credit card and debit card payments are processed securely through our partner Stripe . We do not store any credit card data in our system.



Prepayment

If you choose to pay in advance, we will not dispatch your order until you have transferred the invoice amount to the account specified on your order confirmation. The order will be reserved for 21 days. You should therefore transfer the money to us within this period, otherwise we will unfortunately have to cancel your order. Please always state the order number as the reason for payment. This is the only way we can guarantee that your order will be processed as quickly as possible.
