The BRESSER Messier 6 inch Planetary Dobson is something very special. With an aperture diameter of 150 mm and a focal length of 1200 mm of this high quality BRESSER newtonian optics, the observation of the moon, the planets and planetary nebulae is particularly well possible.  Craters and grooves of the moon as well as the fast changing shadows cast by the so-called terminator line are exciting observation targets. Because of the long basic focal length you can easily achieve the high magnifications required for this purpose with this telescope. You do not need expensive special eyepieces. In short, this is a telescope primarily for detailed observation. Nevertheless bright deep sky objects like the Orion Nebula or the galaxies Messier 81 and 82 etc. can be observed as well. Also photography is no problem with this tube. Here is another strength of this telescope: if you want to take pictures, you can simply unscrew the altitude wheels from the tube and put them on a EQ mount with an optionally available dovetail rail - and nothing more stands in the way of astrophotography. The included eyepiece adapter has the common T2 connection thread (M42x0.75mm), to which almost every standard camera can be attached. Only the camera specific T2 adapter ring is additionally required. Of course, also common USB planetary cameras with 1.25 inch or 2 inch plug diameter can be used directly with this telescope.
