The NEXCOPE NE620T microscope is designed for a wide range of applications.
It features a very high contrast, which ensures an outstanding image quality and resolution. This makes it ideal for demanding and professional applications.

LENSES
The panchromatic lenses ensure a flat field of view. The 100x lens is resilient to contact and is designed for a water immersion (NA: 1.10). The 40x lens has a very high working distance of 1.5 mm, which prevents contact with immersion fluids.
The nosepiece has five positions and is equipped with four lenses (4x, 10x, 40x, 100xW). These feature an M25 thread and a parfocal length of 60 mm.

EYEPIECES
The eyepieces have a 22 mm field of view. This produces a wide-angle image. The high eyepiece head is ideal for spectacle wearers. A rubber edge provides protection upon eye contact. A dioptre compensation of -5 to +5 can be set individually for each eyepiece.
The interpupillary distance can be adjusted between 48 mm and 75 mm.

ILLUMINATION
The condensor with an iris diaphragm is adjustable and provides Köhler illumination together with the light source, which is also equipped with an iris diaphragm.
The powerful 3 W LED has an adjustable brightness and provides the best possible illumination. The brightness can be adjusted individually for each lens. When a lens is changed, the NEXCOPE NE620T automatically adjusts the previous brightness settings. The display shows the currently selected lens and the current brightness.

MECHANICS
The XY stage is moved via a combination of a toothed rack and tooth belt drive. This enables exact positioning for high magnifications.
In addition to the coarse focus, the fine focus helps to render a very sharp image of the object. A full turn of the fine focus moves the table up/down by 0.2 mm. The fine focus can be adjusted with one finger on the right-hand side. The table height limit helps to protect the specimens. The friction of the coarse focus can also be adjusted.

CAMERA CONNECTION
The NEXCOPE NE620T is specially designed for use with c-mount cameras. You can choose from two different adapters, depending on the sensor size:
  • 0.5x c-mount adapter
  • 1x c-mount adapter

As the adapter can be adjusted, the camera image can be matched parfocally to the eyepieces.

BRESSER Set Microscope Slides
Slides and cover glasses are an indispensable accessory which has also impact on the image quality. For most biological microscopes, the cover glass thickness is an important optical parameter, which is therefore included in the optical design and, if so, printed on the sleeve of every objective. You can usually see the number 0.17 which is the thickness in millimeters. For demanding applications in the laboratory, or for microphotography, using cover glasses with the desired thickness and high quality is necessary.The cover glasses included in the set are made of Boro 3.3 glass and are standardized to a thickness of 0.16-0.19mm. So they match the desired 0.17mm really good and give the best possible image quality. These Boro 3.3 cover glasses are pure white, without streaks and are pre-cleaned and ready to use. They are also especially suitable for fluorescence microscopy.The slides are made of soda lime glass, and have ground edges for safe handling. They have a matte field for writing on both sides (top and bottom). Slides and cover glasses are packed separately and in a vacuum sealed bag, containing moisture absorbent. They can be stored for a long time without loss of quality from hydrolysis and are easy to take out.

BRESSER MikroCam II 20 MP 1'' Microscope Camera
The BRESSER MikroCam II 20 MP 1’’ microscope camera is the professional solution when it comes to microscope imaging. This camera has a big 1’’ sensor (image area 13.06 x 8.8 mm); this is the biggest sensor of the MikroCam camera range. With this camera it is possible to document roughly the same field of view as it can be seen through the eyepiece (e.g. when using a 10x / 22mm). Other models will cover only 50% or less of the eyepiece field of view. The Sony IMX183 CMOS-sensor is very sensitive and has extremely low image noise, which makes this camera especially suitable for contrast methods like dark field or phase contrast. The MikroCam Lab II software comes with a wide range of professional functions, e.g. measurements in live view (calibration slide needed), mosaic, Focus-Stacking (for improved depth of field). All automatic functions (exposure time, gain, white balance etc) can be adjusted manually as well. Due to the big sensor size the camera will not work with all microscope models. It might be possible that the optics will not illuminate the full sensor, so you experience vignetting. Usually this can be resolved by using the optional 1x optical adapter (item no. 5914001). Please note that this camera model is not suitable for the stereo microscope BRESSER Science ETD-201. It will cover only a small field of view. The BRESSER MikroCamII microscope cameras help to make photos and videos with a microscope very easy. The modern Sony® CMOS sensors give brilliant colours with very low noise and is the perfect choice for any application where true natural colours are important. The included imaging software has multiple adjustments for the capture of still images and videos. The integrated measuring* routine allows for a measurement in the camera live image. The software can be operated in the following languages: German, English, French, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Chinese. The camera housing includes the c-mount adapter thread. For use with 23.2 mm adaptations, we recommend the optional, variable 0,5x reducer (item no. 5914005). For special applications, the camera can also be mounted using the 1/4'' camera tripod thread. The BRESSER MikroCamII are equipped with a USB 3.0 port, compared to the MikroCam SP. This enables up to 8 times faster data transfers to the PC compared with the USB 2.0 standard. The camera is able to deliver more than 25 frames per second (depending on resolution, exposure time and PC performance). This is especially important when observing live microorganisms. In addition to this, the camera is exceptionally sensitive. Even in low light conditions (high magnifications, contrast methods) the camera can be operated with short exposure times. The BRESSER MikroCamII 5MP HIS with the light sensitive and low-noise Sony® IMX264 sensor is perfectly suited for low light applications. The camera uses a global shutter, which captures moving objects without distortion. With sufficient lighting, the camera is also capable of ultra short exposures as low as 1/50.000 second. In this mode, the camera can virtually freeze fast moving objects. The BRESSER MikroCam Pro HDMI delivers excellent image quality with ease of use. The microscopic image is transferred in Full HD resolution and without delay to a HDMI monitor or TV screen. The BRESSER MikroCam Pro HDMI Autofocus delivers excellent image quality with ease of use. The microscopic image is transferred in Full HD resolution and without delay to a HDMI monitor or TV screen. An optional 11" HDMI screen is available under item code 5914110 and can be mounted on the camera directly. It gives brilliant images with high contrast.
