The New BRESSER Science Infinity is the new top of the range of the biology microscope series by BRESSER. It is based on infinitely corrected planachromatic objective lenses with superb image quality. Because of the modern design and optics the installation of accessories is very simple and one has many options. The WF 10x eyepieces offer a large visual field of 22mm and are also suitable for spectacle wearers. For protection purposes the eyepieces are rubber coated. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted from ca. 55mm to 75mm. Dioptre adjustments are possible with both eyepieces.The bright and durable LED illumination is dimmable and also very practical for darkfield microscopy*.The Full Köhler illumination is adjustable with the built-in luminous-field diaphragm and the vertically and horizontally adjustable Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25, with iris diaphragm). The Full HD display is the ideal addition to the BRESSER MikroCam Pro HDMI and MINI HDMI.The display can be mounted directly on the camera using an adjustable bracket. It provides brilliant images without artefacts, as the display has the same resolution as the output image of the camera. With the MikroCam and HDMI display set, almost any trinocular microscope with a camera connection can be upgraded to a digital microscope. This means that observations can be made independently of a PC. The size of the display has been optimised so that the microscope user can microscope as usual and view the image on the monitor at the same time. The display provides optimum image quality with a large viewing angle of 178°! This means that several people can view the image without any loss of quality. The image from the microscope camera is always displayed on the HDMI screen without delay and with a high refresh rate of 60 FPS. The quality of the image displayed using an HDMI microscope camera on an HDMI monitor is therefore usually better than when using a USB camera on a laptop or PC. This is particularly advantageous when delicate work is done under microscopic control. Many users also benefit from the improved ergonomics when the image can be viewed on the HDMI display. Higher magnifications with their high numerical aperture are particularly unpleasant for users with eye problems such as mouches volantes (vitreous opacities). Digital viewing can provide a remedy here. The display can be operated with the same power supply unit as the camera using the enclosed Y-cable. A suitable, short, angled HDMI cable is also included to avoid cable clutter in the workplace. Mounting on a MikroCam PRO or MINI is carried out using two screws. The BRESSER DST-0745 is a special microscope that is operated with a c-mount camera (camera not included). This allows direct viewing on a screen. Due to the vertically installed optics, there is no shifting of the image when focusing. This is especially useful for "focus stacking" shots. The zoom is continuously adjustable from 0.7x - 4.5x. A coarse and fine focus adjustment facilitates focusing, especially at high magnifications. The convenient and user-friendly operation makes the digital microscope particularly suitable for daily use in the workshop. Measurements, quality control of surfaces or inspection of components and raw materials are easy with the workshop microscope. Insects, plants and rocks are also impressively displayed. The DST-0745 workshop microscope is not suitable for visual observation. It can only be used in combination with a MikroCam c-mount microscope camera. It is designed for camera sensors of about 1/2". Smaller sensors can be used without problems. With larger sensors there is vignetting, which becomes somewhat less at higher magnifications. Due to the two flexible incident light lamps, the light can be optimally positioned. The transmitted light illumination helps when observing transparent objects. The brightness of both illuminators can be adjusted in five steps. The magnification of a USB camera differs from the magnification of the lens. It depends, among other things, on the sensor size and the display on a monitor. It can be compared to macro lenses with macro factor 0.7:1 up to 4.5:1. One of the main features of the new backlit SONY IMX290 CMOS sensor is its high light sensitivity, which makes it possible to detect deep-sky objects without active cooling. Connect this camera to a guidescope and attach the camera's built-in ST-4 port, directly to your telescope's equatorial mount guide port and autoguide - using many popular audioguiding programs (PHD, Guidedog and more). Slides and cover glasses are an indispensable accessory which has also impact on the image quality. For most biological microscopes, the cover glass thickness is an important optical parameter, which is therefore included in the optical design and, if so, printed on the sleeve of every objective. You can usually see the number 0.17 which is the thickness in millimeters. For demanding applications in the laboratory, or for microphotography, using cover glasses with the desired thickness and high quality is necessary.The cover glasses included in the set are made of Boro 3.3 glass and are standardized to a thickness of 0.16-0.19mm. So they match the desired 0.17mm really good and give the best possible image quality. These Boro 3.3 cover glasses are pure white, without streaks and are pre-cleaned and ready to use. They are also especially suitable for fluorescence microscopy.The slides are made of soda lime glass, and have ground edges for safe handling. They have a matte field for writing on both sides (top and bottom). Slides and cover glasses are packed separately and in a vacuum sealed bag, containing moisture absorbent. They can be stored for a long time without loss of quality from hydrolysis and are easy to take out.

The maximum object height is approx. 85 mm.
