Product information "ISA Space Exploration NASA-themed Telescope AR-90/900 EXOS-1/EQ4"

Are you fascinated by the iconic images of the first Moon landing and do you wish you could explore our natural satellite through a telescope? Then start your own journey of discovery with the ISA Space Exploration NASA-themed Telescope AR-90/900 EXOS-1/EQ4. This telescope, with its 90 mm aperture, collects around 200 times more light than the naked eye. This allows you to closely observe the craters, ridges, and valleys of the Moon, which is approximately 400,000 km away. And it's not just the Moon—you can also get a closer look at planets, deep-sky objects, and even the Sun!

Discover the wonders of our solar system through this telescope

Ever heard of the Cassini Division in Saturn's rings or the Great Red Spot on Jupiter? Through this refracting telescope, you can see them with your own eyes. The included eyepieces provide magnifications of 34x and 180x, allowing you to watch the changing seasons on Mars or admire the crescent of Venus. And with the safe solar filter, you can even observe sunspots and granulation on our own star.
Warning: Never point the telescope at the Sun without the solar filter!

Beginner-friendly telescope loaded with accessories

The refracting telescope comes with everything you need for a successful start in astronomy—and more! The smartphone adapter and Stellarium astronomy software make it easy to locate celestial objects. The 6x30 finder with crosshair eyepiece lets you take a first glance at the celestial wonders. To capture special astronomical moments in photos or videos, use the smartphone camera holder. The star diagonal mirror allows for comfortable observation, even when looking near the zenith.

Stable mount for steady observations

The equatorial mount lets you easily track celestial objects. After aligning one axis with the Earth's axis (a process known as polar alignment), you only need to adjust for the movement of celestial bodies along one axis. The flexible shafts with fine adjustment make this easy. The latitude scale for setting the latitude and the graduated circular rings make handling even simpler. For the perfect view, the sturdy stainless steel tripod can be continuously adjusted in height.

Embark on your own space missions with the ISA Space Exploration NASA-themed Telescope AR-90/900 EXOS-1/EQ4!

Vixen SD81SII Telescope OTA
A new 81 mm apochromatic refractor with high-performance Super ED glass (= SD). The advantage of these SD refractors is their short length and low weight. The FPL53 glass reproduces an extremely clear and sharp image due to an exceptionally high elimination of residual colour errors. The SD glass is designed to bring all rays of violet, red, blue, yellow and green together very precisely on the same plane. Thus, the special lens material reduces chromatic aberration across all colours. The new Vixen SD81SII no longer uses spacer plates, which leads to significantly better image quality, especially with bright stars. This means that there are no more spikes on the stars in photographic images, which were otherwise produced by the spacer plates. You will be thrilled when you look at the moon or the brighter planets and observe the moon craters pin sharp and with an extremely high contrast. Observe the ring planet Saturn or the cloud bands on Jupiter. But of course, brighter deep sky objects such as the Orion Nebula or the Andromeda Galaxy can also be observed impressively. In combination with the new optional SD Reducer HD Kit or SD Flattener HD, this refractor allows illumination with a 44 mm image circle for full-frame SLR cameras. The older ED81SII, ED103S, ED115S refractors were originally designed for the visual observer or the photographer using APS-C cameras. However, the new SD series has been optimised for use with full-frame cameras by inserting new inner baffle rings. The large 60 mm focuser allows heavy cameras to be attached without tilting. The supplied flip mirror allows comfortable observation, even in unfavourable observation situations, and also offers a T2 thread for connecting a DSLR camera. Thus, observing in degree view or at a 90° angle is possible. The carrying handle attached to the tube clamps ensures a secure hold when transporting the telescope.FEATURESObjective Lens: D=81 mm, multi-coated 2-Lens SD Apochromat without spacer plates No more spikes on the stars Focal Length: 625 mm (f7.7) Resolution and visual limit: 1.43 arcseconds; 11.3 Mag Light gathering capacity: 134x unaided eyesDimensions and weight: 90 mm dia x 585 mm, 3.6 kg Finderscope: XY Red Dot Finder II Adapter and connections: Adapter thread 60 mm and 31.7 mm for T2-ringConnection 50.8 mm and 31.7 mm socket with flip-mirror diagonal mirrorPhotography: primary focus and eyepiece projection SCOPE OF DELIVERY Refractor telescope SD81SII Tube rings Flip mirror system Carrying handle Dovetail rail Red dot viewfinder

BRESSER Messier AR-152S/760 Hexafoc Optical Tube
NEW - now including a high-quality aperture Solar-filter for safe observation of sunspots, eclipses and planet transits. Great telescope for night and solar observation. The combination of large aperture and short focal length predestine the BRESSER Messier AR-152S for the observation of large celestial objects. Experience the famous globular cluster M 13 in the constellation Hercules: Thousands of pinpoint stars stand before a black sky like so many diamonds spilled onto black velvet. Equipped with nebular filters you can watch the Gulf of Mexico in the North America Nebula and all the other celestial objects that Charles Messier listed in 1781. The compact size of the Messier AR-152S combines outstanding tranportability, high light gathering power and low weight for a telescope of this aperture. The special four lens construction delivers a better perfomance than a classical two lens achromat of this focal length. This telescope is only an optical tube without mount and tripod.FEATURESOptical design: refractor telescopeLens diameter: 152 mm / focal length: 760 mm / F/5Maximum recommended magnification: 254xTelescope for night and solar observationHigh quality BRESSER refractor opticsUniversal telescope for planets, double stars, planetary nebulae and deep-skyExcellent focuser with 2,5" (65 mm) open diameterFour lens construction8x50 straight through viewfinder reticleoptimized finder socket for comfortable useCradle rings with handle and integrated piggyback camera holder (1/4 thread)Smartphone camera adapter for sky navigation includedUniversal 44 mm Dovetail plate with stainless steel rail (fits LXD75/Great Polaris/EQ5)50,8 mm (2") to 31,7 mm (1,25") adapter with integrated T2 thread (T2-adapter ring for your camera is needed)Backfocus: 150 mm behind Hexafoc with attached 2" eyepiece adapterCollimatable lens cellSCOPE OF DELIVERYOptical Tubeaperture solar-filter26 mm Super Plössl eyepiece (31.7 mm / 1.25")31,7 mm (1.25") diagonal mirrorintegrated 31.7 mm and T2 adaptertube rings with universal 44 mm Dovetail plate with stainless steel rail (fits LXD75/Great Polaris/EQ5)handle with camera holderSmartphone adapter for celestial navigation 8x50 Viewfinderastronomy PC software Stellariumrotatable star map
