BRESSER Zoom Optics DST-0745 with MikroCam SP 5.0 camera

Product information "BRESSER Zoom Optics DST-0745 with MikroCam SP 5.0 camera"

High-quality combination set for precise analyses. This powerful set combines the professional digital microscope DST-0745 with the modern MikroCam SP 5.0MP camera. The perfectly matched unit is ideal for precise observations, high-resolution live displays, and reliable visual documentation of your results.

The Microscope in Detail

The BRESSER DST-0745 is a special microscope that operates with a C-Mount camera (not included).
Thus, direct viewing on a screen is possible. Due to the vertically mounted optics, there is no image shift when focusing. This is especially advantageous for "focus stacking" shots.
The zoom is continuously adjustable from 0.7x to 4.5x. A coarse and fine focus makes it easier to sharpen, especially at high magnifications.

Due to the convenient and user-friendly operation, the digital microscope is particularly suitable for daily use in the workshop. Measurements, quality controls of surfaces, or checking components and raw materials become easy with the workshop microscope. Insects, plants, and rocks are also impressively displayed.

The DST-0745 workshop microscope is not suitable for visual observation, as it is only a zoom lens. It is used in conjunction with a MikroCam C-Mount.
It is designed for camera sensors of about 1/2".

With the two flexible incident light lamps, the light can be optimally positioned.
The transmitted light illumination helps in observing transparent objects. The brightness of both illuminations can be adjusted in five levels.

The magnification of a USB camera differs from the objective magnification. Therefore, a total magnification of the digital system cannot be specified. It depends on the sensor size and the display on a monitor.

BRESSER Microscope Science ADL 601 P 50-600x with MikroCamII 5MP HIS camera
The high-quality combination set with the professional Science ADL-601P microscope and the powerful MikroCamII 5MP HIS is the ideal equipment for demanding applications in the laboratory. It allows both reflected and transmitted light observations in excellent image quality – perfect for precise analyses, illustrative documentation, and versatile use in research and quality assurance. The Microscope in DetailThe BRESSER Science ADL 601 P is a professional transmitted and reflected light microscope. The microscope base contains a halogen transmitted light illumination (20 W) as well as the power supply and the two continuously adjustable dimmers for reflected and transmitted light. The two trinocular microscope heads combine both illumination functions, as well as the possibilities for photography and binocular observation; the inclination of the eyepiece tubes is 30°. With the polarization attachment, material science or apparatus technical investigations can be carried out in research, teaching, and production. The halogen reflected light illumination (20 W), which goes through the objective onto the object, can be modified for special applications using a color filter wheel and a polarizer/analyzer combination. Overall, the BRESSER Microscope Science ADL 601P is a unique instrument in terms of price-performance ratio, which also has the further typical equipment for high-quality microscopes: four-objective revolver, with a cross table that moves horizontally and vertically, coaxial focusing drives (fine: 200 µm/revolution), eyepiece distance and diopter adjustment, as well as a photo tube. Optional general accessories include wide-field eyepieces (WF10x, WF16x), measuring eyepiece (WF10x), various plan achromatic DIN objectives (e.g. 4x, 5x, 10x, 20x, 40x spring-loaded, 60x spring-loaded, 100x-oil spring-loaded), the Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25; with iris diaphragm and additional lens), dark field condensers (dry and oil), immersion oil, and a phase contrast device. The Science ADL-601P combines a biological transmitted light microscope with a reflected light microscope. This also allows surfaces to be examined at the highest resolution!SCOPE OF DELIVERY MICROSCOPEMicroscopeEyepieces (pair DIN WF 10x)Objectives (PL5x, PLL10x, PLL40x, PLL60x)Abbe condenser (1.25 with iris diaphragm)The Microscope Camera in DetailThe BRESSER MikroCamII 5MP HIS with the very light-sensitive and low-noise Sony(R) IMX264 sensor is excellent even in difficult lighting conditions. The camera operates with a global shutter. This prevents distortions with moving objects. If there is enough light, the extremely short exposure time of up to 1/50,000 seconds can also practically freeze fast movements. The MikroCam Lab II Software offers a variety of different functions, such as measurement in live image (calibration specimen required), mosaic image creation, focus stacking (for increased depth of field). Furthermore, almost all automatic functions (exposure time, sensitivity, white balance, etc.) can also be set manually. The functions: Mosaic and focus stacking (EDF) can be generated directly from the live image. This can save a lot of time.Even if you are not a professional, you can achieve quick success. To optimally use the mosaic function, a cross table is required.Due to the large sensor, the camera is not optimally suitable for every microscope. There may be edge shading (vignetting) in this case. This shading is usually prevented by a 0.75x optic (Art. No. 5914007) that is screwed into the camera. This camera is not designed for the trinocular tube of the ETD-201. With this microscope, only part of the image field can be used.FEATURES MICROSCOPE CAMERAModern Sony(R) IMX264 sensor 8.45mm x 7.07 mm (2/3'')5 MP (2448x2048)Global shutter for distortion-free movementsMany software functions, such as measurement, focus stacking (to overlay multiple recordings for increased depth of field), mosaic (to display larger image fields)Image and video recording, including time-lapse functionHigh-quality metal housing1/4'' tripod thread, e.g. for a photo tripodGood compatibility with various microscopesC-Mount thread: for easy adaptability, also suitable for C-Mount objectivesHigh-speed USB 3.0 connectionSYSTEM REQUIREMENTSWindows 10 or 11Intel i3, i5, i7 or i9 processor from 6th generation orAMD Ryzen processorOptical drive or internet connection for software downloadUSB 3.0, 3.1SCOPE OF DELIVERY MICROSCOPE CAMERACamera headUSB 3.0 cable23.2 mm adapter, 30 mm and 30.5 mmRecording and image processing software (for Windows)
