How Temperature Measurement Helps Save Energy

Did you know? Lowering the room temperature by just 1 degree can save up to 6 percent of energy. It's worth paying close attention when heating. With the integrated thermometer in our weather stations and thermo-hygrometers, you can always keep an eye on the current room temperature – allowing you to adjust your heating habits to save energy. Has the temperature reached a level that's comfortable for you? Then the thermostat can be turned down a bit to maintain the room temperature and save money.

Practical everyday helpers: Some models also offer a high-low temperature alarm that alerts you with a sound when your individually set temperatures are reached. Our modern Smart Home weather stations take it a step further: based on the measured values, these devices can automatically regulate your heating through an app and your existing Tuya thermostats. Keeping the indoor climate under control with the weather station

For our health and comfort, the indoor climate needs to be just right. Therefore, the weather station uses its built-in hygrometer and thermometer to check both indoor temperature and humidity at the base station’s location. This information enables you to create the perfect conditions at home or in the office. Need more than one room covered? Then expand the system with up to two optional wireless sensors (not included) for broader indoor climate control.

The weather's highs and lows at a glance

Interested in weather development? Then take a look at the barometric pressure history. Moreover, the data saved by the max/min value memory will show you the highest and lowest readings for temperature and humidity. Also handy: the adjustable high/low temperature alarm - it alerts you when your set temperatures are reached.
