How Temperature Measurement Helps Save Energy
Did you know? Lowering the room temperature by just 1 degree can save up to 6 percent of energy. It's worth paying close attention when heating. The new BRESSER Weather Station 5-in-1 combines a unique compact design with an extensive information service. The compact and multifunctional outdoor sensor requires very little space and thus can be placed almost anywhere. A pipe clamp and screws for the attachment of poles (pipe diameter of about 25-33 mm) is included.
The 5-in-1 outdoor sensor reliably transfers all measured values for wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature and
precipitation rate to the base station. On the clearly structured display of the base station these values can be read and also stores history data. The latter allows the internal storage and evaluation of measured data over a period of 24 hours. From the collected measured data, the weather station calculates a very reliable local weather trend forecast for the next 12 hours, depicted by six graphic symbols
on the display. For minimum and maximum values an individual alarm can be programmed, which gives an acoustic and a light signal when the defined
value is reached. For outside temperatures of -3 °C and below a special alarm for frost/ice warning can additionally be activated.
A poor indoor climate often involves health risks especially for children and the elderly. The BRESSER Weather Station 5-in-1 offers you a smart feature to deal with this. The indoor climate indicator informs steadily about the indoor climate with a symbol.
Furthermore the BRESSER Weather Station 5-in-1 features a radio controlled time and date setting (DCF time signal). A few minutes after switching the device on the current Central European Time (CET) and the date with weekday are displayed automatically. For the “moonstruckers” also the different phases of the moon are shown. An alarm function with snooze mode is also integrated.

Has your 5-in-1 external sensor for your BRESSER WiFi colour weather centre succumbed to the impact of your child’s football or your last house move? Then it’s time for a replacement. And you don’t need to buy the whole product! This 5-in-1 external sensor is the perfect replacement part for your weather centre. It takes no time to install: Establish the power supply, take the mounting materials from the packaging and fit the wireless sensor at your preferred spot as normal. The existing base station will connect to the replacement external sensor automatically as normal. And if the two devices can’t find one another? You can manually intervene: Simply press the WiFi/SENSOR button on the base station and it will start to search for the new wireless sensor. Once connected, the local measured values for wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature and precipitation will be transmitted via 868 MHz to your colour display.
