The Analyth STR Trino features 3 different objective magnifications, which can be easily changed by rotating the objective. The magnifications 10x, 20x, and 40x can be switched directly. The stereo design shows structured objects particularly vividly and three-dimensionally. The low 10x initial magnification is especially suitable for working with children. This allows objects up to 20mm in size to be viewed completely. The Analyth STR is therefore particularly flexible in use. It is suitable for insects, plants, minerals, and much more, with applications in hobbies, schools, and professions. The stereo microscope can be used for quality control, horticulture and agriculture, aquatic science, and much more.
The trinocular tube allows for the comfortable connection of a camera. The microscope is compatible (depending on the adapter) with microscope cameras, DSLR, and system cameras.

The interpupillary distance and diopter adjustment are individually adjustable. The eyepieces have a large field of view of 20mm. They are equipped with removable rubber eyecups and secured against removal.
The microscope can be powered either by the power supply or by 3 batteries (not included). This makes it portable, for example, outdoors in the garden or on an excursion.

This full HD microscope camera allows you to take photos and videos directly with the microscope. The MikrOkular LF can be inserted either instead of an eyepiece or into the third tube of the microscope. With the included adapter rings, the camera can be used on practically all microscopes instead of an eyepiece. Only for microscopes with an integrated C-Mount camera connection is the photo adapter 30.5mm / C-Mount (item no.: 5942030) additionally required.
The Windows software available for download is easy to use and therefore suitable for beginners. It includes not only image and video capture but also a measurement function. The software is optimal for documentation in hobbies, schools, studies, and professions.
Compared to the MikrOkular Full HD, the integrated reduction optics achieve about seven times the field of view based on the area. The camera's field of view corresponds approximately to that of a 10x eyepiece, a student microscope.

Slides and cover glasses are an indispensable accessory which has also impact on the image quality. For most biological microscopes, the cover glass thickness is an important optical parameter, which is therefore included in the optical design and, if so, printed on the sleeve of every objective. You can usually see the number 0.17 which is the thickness in millimeters. For demanding applications in the laboratory, or for microphotography, using cover glasses with the desired thickness and high quality is necessary.The cover glasses included in the set are made of Boro 3.3 glass and are standardized to a thickness of 0.16-0.19mm. So they match the desired 0.17mm really good and give the best possible image quality. These Boro 3.3 cover glasses are pure white, without streaks and are pre-cleaned and ready to use. They are also especially suitable for fluorescence microscopy.The slides are made of soda lime glass, and have ground edges for safe handling. They have a matte field for writing on both sides (top and bottom). Slides and cover glasses are packed separately and in a vacuum sealed bag, containing moisture absorbent. They can be stored for a long time without loss of quality from hydrolysis and are easy to take out.
