The BRESSER 0.5x reducing lens is designed to enlarge the image from a microscope camera. It increases the light intensity and therefore reduces the exposure time.
In the case of trinocular microscopes, the adapter usually enables the focus to be matched to the focus of the eyepiece. It is compatible with focusers with a 23.2 mm receptacle.
This adapter is specially designed for cameras with sensor sizes of 1/2'' or 1/3''. The connection is made via a 1'' C-mount thread.

Slides and cover glasses are an indispensable accessory which has also impact on the image quality. For most biological microscopes, the cover glass thickness is an important optical parameter, which is therefore included in the optical design and, if so, printed on the sleeve of every objective. You can usually see the number 0.17 which is the thickness in millimeters. For demanding applications in the laboratory, or for microphotography, using cover glasses with the desired thickness and high quality is necessary.The cover glasses included in the set are made of Boro 3.3 glass and are standardized to a thickness of 0.16-0.19mm. So they match the desired 0.17mm really good and give the best possible image quality. These Boro 3.3 cover glasses are pure white, without streaks and are pre-cleaned and ready to use. They are also especially suitable for fluorescence microscopy.The slides are made of soda lime glass, and have ground edges for safe handling. They have a matte field for writing on both sides (top and bottom). Slides and cover glasses are packed separately and in a vacuum sealed bag, containing moisture absorbent. They can be stored for a long time without loss of quality from hydrolysis and are easy to take out.
The Bresser cover slips have a size of 22 x22 mm and a thickness range from 0,13 – 0,17 mm. They are used to cover the sample on the slide.
A thin and even sample is necessary for observations with high magnification.
These cover slips are designed to work with all objectives that have the thickness of 0,17 mm included in their optical design. Usually you find this number printed on the objective.
For beginner’s and student microscopes, these cover glasses are also suitable.

The MikroCam MINI Full HD HDMI is a very compact HDMI camera. No PC or laptop is needed to use it, simply connect to a monitor, TV, beamer or smartboard. This makes the camera especially suited for teaching. As a plus, you can also mount the BRESSER HDMI display (item no. 5914120) directly on the camera.
Connection via HDMI is easy and the camera is ready to go instantly. No software installation, PC setup etc. is necessary. The lossless data transfer ensures a good image quality and the image is lag free and with a constant high framerate of 60fps. This is especially helpful when digitizing a microscope workplace in QC or production
With the included mouse, you can control the camera via 3 distinctive on screen menus (camera control, settings, measurements). To calibrate measurements, please add a calibration slide (e.g. item no. 5916720).
The camera is well suited for presentations, lectures etc. because upon startup it is working directly in auto mode with no user input. The camera does not have a start button, it is working directly after power up. Menus and mouse icon are not visible if the mouse is not connected.
Please note that this camera does not allow direct PC connection via USB. The USB port is for the mouse input only.

The BRESSER MikroCam Pro HDMI Autofocus delivers excellent image quality with ease of use. The microscopic image is transferred in Full HD resolution and without delay to a HDMI monitor or TV screen. An optional 11" HDMI screen is available under item code 5914110 and can be mounted on the camera directly. It gives brilliant images with high contrast.
Microscope images and video can now be stored on a SD card. The Sony Sensor gives excellent image quality and is very light sensitive. So this camera is recommended for low light contrast methods like darkfield or phase contrast.
The autofocus enables the user to focus without using the mechanical focus wheel. When changing the objective, the focus will automatically be adjusted from the camera. The focus range from the "zero" position (which is the standard backfocus for C-Mount) up to 5,4 mm intrafocal to reach CS-Mount distance, and 10,6 mm extrafocal, to cover a wide range.
In addition to the autofocus functionality, you can set the focus with the mouse or set a user defined focus range.
The camera can be controlled with the included USB mouse directly through the on screen display. The on screen functionality now includes a measuring function as well, so the MikroCam Pro HDMI Autofocus upgrades your existing trinokular microscope to a fully equipped digital autofocus microscope.
With the WiFi module, the camera can also supply the images in a wireless network. Due to this, a permanent connection to a PC via USB is not provided. But the professional software MikroCamLabII is still included with the camera for further image analysis after transferring the data stored on the SD card.

The included imaging software has multiple adjustments for the capture of still images and videos. The integrated measuring* routine allows for a measurement in the camera live image. The Analyth STR Trino has 3 different objective magnifications that can be changed simply by turning the objective. This means that the magnifications 10x, 20x and 40x can be changed directly. The stereo design shows structured objects particularly vividly and three-dimensionally. The low,10x initial magnification is particularly suitable for working with children. Objects up to 20mm in size can be viewed in their entirety. The Analyth STR is therefore particularly flexible to use. It is suitable for insects, plants, minerals and much more and has its areas of application in hobby, school and work. The stereomicroscope can be used for quality control, in horticulture and agriculture, for hydrology and much more.
The trinocular tube enables the comfortable connection of a camera. The microscope is compatible (depending on the adapter) for microscope cameras, SLR and system cameras. Ask us which adapter you need.
The interpupillary distance and dioptric compensation are individually adjustable. The eyepieces have a large field of view of 20mm. They are equipped with removable rubber eyecups and secured against removal.
The microscope can be powered either with the mains adapter or with 3 batteries (not included). This means that it can also be used on the move, for example outside in the garden or on an excursion.

The BRESSER SLR camera adapter 2x T2 functions as an adapter between a microscope and a reflex or system camera. A camera-specific T2 ring is required for operation. This adapter is suitable for common microscopes with a 23.2 mm connection. Depending on the setup, you can achieve a parfocal image with a trinocular microscope. As with other adapters, the visible field of view remains smaller than the ocular field of view.
