The high-quality combination set consisting of the professional Science TRM-301 microscope and the powerful MikroCamII 4K 9MP is the ideal solution for demanding applications in the laboratory. It combines precise optics with modern camera technology – perfect for research, teaching, and documentation at the highest level.

The Microscope in Detail

The BRESSER Science TRM-301 is a trinocular transmitted light microscope of top class: Excellent image reproduction, good ergonomics, high stability, and an appealing design characterize it. As a fully usable laboratory microscope, it finds wide application in medicine, biology, agriculture, and industry. It is also highly recommended for the dedicated hobby microscopist as a ''microscope for life''.

A particularly important feature of the TRM-301 is its ability for so-called Köhler illumination. Through this optimal specimen illumination, which is exceptionally bright, cool (specimen-friendly), uniform, glare-free, and high-contrast, the performance of the microscope optics is fully utilized. It therefore represents the standard in scientific work and microphotography. The Köhler illumination is adjustable with the fixed built-in field diaphragm and the height-adjustable and centering Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25; with iris diaphragm).

Of course, the TRM-301 also features the further equipment typical for high-quality microscopes: with a cross table that moves transversely and longitudinally with Nonius scales, ergonomic coaxial focusing drives (the fine drive achieves 200 µm/revolution), stepless lamp dimmer, plan achromatic objectives (4x, 10x, 40x, 100x-oil spring), 10x wide-field eyepieces (in 30° inclined eyepiece tubes), inter-pupillary distance and diopter adjustment, as well as a photo tube.

The Microscope Camera in Detail

With the BRESSER MikroCamII 9MP 4K, 4K videos can be recorded at up to 30 fps (depending on the system used). Due to the global shutter, there are no image distortions during movement. The large image sensor (14.13 x 7.45 mm) provides a very large field of view.
The very high light sensitivity of the Sony® IMX305 CMOS sensor enables very good image quality even in dark field or phase contrast.

The BRESSER MikroCam Lab II software offers a variety of different functions, such as measurement in live image (calibration specimen required), mosaic creation, focus stacking (for increased depth of field). Furthermore, almost all automatic functions (exposure time, sensitivity, white balance, etc.) can also be set manually.

The functions: mosaic and focus stacking (EDF) can be generated directly from the live image. This can save a lot of time.
Even if you are not a professional, you will achieve quick success. To optimally use the mosaic function, a cross table is required.

Due to the large sensor, the camera is not optimally suitable for every microscope. There may be edge shading (vignetting) in some cases. This shading is usually prevented by a 1x optic (Art. No. 5914001) that is screwed into the camera.

This camera is not designed for the trinocular tube of the ETD-201. In this microscope, not the entire part of the field of view can be used.

BRESSER Microscope Science ADL 601 P 50-600x with MikroCamII 5MP HIS camera
The high-quality combination set with the professional Science ADL-601P microscope and the powerful MikroCamII 5MP HIS is the ideal equipment for demanding applications in the laboratory. It allows both reflected and transmitted light observations in excellent image quality – perfect for precise analyses, illustrative documentation, and versatile use in research and quality assurance. The Microscope in DetailThe BRESSER Science ADL 601 P is a professional transmitted and reflected light microscope. The microscope base contains a halogen transmitted light illumination (20 W) as well as the power supply and the two continuously adjustable dimmers for reflected and transmitted light. The two trinocular microscope heads combine both illumination functions, as well as the possibilities for photography and binocular observation; the inclination of the eyepiece tubes is 30°. With the polarization attachment, material science or apparatus technical investigations can be carried out in research, teaching, and production. The halogen reflected light illumination (20 W), which goes through the objective onto the object, can be modified for special applications using a color filter wheel and a polarizer/analyzer combination. Overall, the BRESSER Microscope Science ADL 601P is a unique instrument in terms of price-performance ratio, which also has the further typical equipment for high-quality microscopes: four-objective revolver, with a cross table that moves horizontally and vertically, coaxial focusing drives (fine: 200 µm/revolution), eyepiece distance and diopter adjustment, as well as a photo tube. Optional general accessories include wide-field eyepieces (WF10x, WF16x), measuring eyepiece (WF10x), various plan achromatic DIN objectives (e.g. 4x, 5x, 10x, 20x, 40x spring-loaded, 60x spring-loaded, 100x-oil spring-loaded), the Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25; with iris diaphragm and additional lens), dark field condensers (dry and oil), immersion oil, and a phase contrast device. The Science ADL-601P combines a biological transmitted light microscope with a reflected light microscope. This also allows surfaces to be examined at the highest resolution!SCOPE OF DELIVERY MICROSCOPEMicroscopeEyepieces (pair DIN WF 10x)Objectives (PL5x, PLL10x, PLL40x, PLL60x)Abbe condenser (1.25 with iris diaphragm)The Microscope Camera in DetailThe BRESSER MikroCamII 5MP HIS with the very light-sensitive and low-noise Sony(R) IMX264 sensor is excellent even in difficult lighting conditions. The camera operates with a global shutter. This prevents distortions with moving objects. If there is enough light, the extremely short exposure time of up to 1/50,000 seconds can also practically freeze fast movements. The MikroCam Lab II Software offers a variety of different functions, such as measurement in live image (calibration specimen required), mosaic image creation, focus stacking (for increased depth of field). Furthermore, almost all automatic functions (exposure time, sensitivity, white balance, etc.) can also be set manually. The functions: Mosaic and focus stacking (EDF) can be generated directly from the live image.
