The Microscope Camera in Detail

Save images and videos from your microscope or telescope directly in Full HD resolution on your PC. The BRESSER MikrOkular Full HD is an eyepiece camera that can be directly inserted in place of the eyepiece of your telescope or microscope. Adapters for various devices (all common eyepiece sizes from different manufacturers) as well as multilingual recording software for Windows are already included. With this camera, you can document or share your microscope or telescope observations. Optimal for hobby, school, study, and profession. With the camera, images of the moon and bright planets can be captured at the telescope. In microscopy, the camera is mainly used for bright field and dark field imaging.

BRESSER Microscope Researcher Trino 40-1000x with MikroCam SF Full HD camera
A versatile combination set consisting of the Researcher Bino Microscope and MikroCam SF Full HD camera – optimal for school, hobby, and profession. The robust Researcher Trino Microscope impresses with its binocular view and allows for comfortable, precise work with clear, detailed images. Together with the MikroCam SF Full HD camera, which can be directly mounted on the trinocular connection, observations can be conveniently captured digitally, displayed on a computer, and secured for presentations or analyses – ideal for use in education, leisure, or professional applications. The Microscope in DetailThe BRESSER Researcher Trino Microscope is the best-selling BRESSER transmitted light microscope in the mid-price range due to its unbeatable price-performance ratio. It already provides impressive insights into the microcosm. The microscope image is sharp and high-contrast. With its solid metal body and wide magnification range of 40x-1000x, based on 4 objectives and a (replaceable) pair of eyepieces, the BRESSER Researcher meets high demands. The 40x and 100x objectives are spring-loaded to prevent damage, and the 100x objective can be used for oil immersion microscopy (immersion oil is included). The bright LED illumination is adjustable with a dimmer. The Abbe condenser is height-adjustable and centring, and equipped with an iris diaphragm. For perfect sharpness adjustment, coarse and fine focus are available, and for precise positioning of the specimen, a coaxial stage. The 360° rotatable binocular head allows for individual adjustment of the inter-pupillary distance and diopter compensation between the viewer's eyes.Instead of a binocular head, the Trino Researcher has a trinocular head. This allows the user to observe with both eyes while simultaneously connecting a camera or PC eyepiece. Cameras from the MikroCam SP series and the MikrOkular Full HD can be used without additional adapters. The trinocular tube can be set to be parfocal with the eyepieces. For special contrast methods, the Researcher Microscope can be upgraded with a dark field condenser (dry or oil). The Researcher Trino is thus the most affordable trinocular microscope that offers this possibility.Examination Objects (Example):BloodRotifers / Wheel AnimalculesBacteriaParasitesPlants (thin sections)AlgaeSCOPE OF DELIVERY MICROSCOPETrinocular Microscope1 Pair of DIN Eyepieces WF 10x with 23mm Diameter4-fold Objective Revolver4 DIN Objectives: 4x/0.1, 10x/0.25, 40x/0.65, 100x/1.25 OilCondenserCross Stage with Nonius ScaleFine and Coarse FocusImmersion OilThe Microscope Camera in DetailThe BRESSER MikroCam SF cameras are excellent for capturing photos and videos with a microscope. This allows observations of objects to be easily documented and shared with others. The high frame rate of the MikroCam SF series enables the creation of videos with a smooth image flow. The built-in Sony sensors provide good image quality, colour reproduction, and dynamics. The included software supports the following languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Turkish. The MikroCamLabII software offers a wide range of functions. Essential functions (e.g., exposure time and sensitivity) can be controlled automatically or manually.Very convenient are the functions for so-called focus stacking (for high depth of field) and the creation of a mosaic or panorama. These two functions can be performed with a previously recorded image series or directly from the live view. The creation of sharp images using live focus stacking (EDF) is possible with the MikroCamLabII software in just a few minutes. While you focus on the microscope, the software gradually builds the finished, completely sharp result image without further intervention. This way, you get impressive, sharp image results in the shortest time. The measurement function* included in the software helps you determine sizes or display a scale. You can measure distances, angles, or areas with just a few clicks. Extensive functions support you in measuring circles with area and radius or even complex polygons.Measurements can be performed in the captured image or in the live image. The MikroCamLabII software also has extensive algorithms for automated image analysis, e.g., for particle counting or area evaluation. The housing features a C-mount connection thread and can therefore be used with microscopes from various manufacturers. We are happy to advise you on which MikroCam is optimally suited for your microscope. For use on devices with a 23.2 mm receptacle, an optional 0.5x reducing optics (Art. No. 5914015 (fixed), Art. No. 5914005 (variable)) is available. For special applications, e.g., with a C-mount objective, the camera can also be mounted on the integrated 1/4" tripod thread.*For the calibration of the measurement function, a suitable measuring tool is required, e.g.: Art. No. 5916710 or 5916720.FEATURES OF THE MICROSCOPE CAMERA1920x1080 pixel sensor (Full HD), 5.57 x 3.13 mm (1/2.8")Frame rate: up to 30 fpsHigh-quality metal housingMany software functions such as measurement, focus stacking (to overlay multiple recordings for increased depth of field), mosaic (to display larger image fields)Image and video recording, including time-lapse functionCompatible with microscopes from all manufacturersSYSTEM REQUIREMENTSWindows 10 or 11Intel i3, i5, i7 or i9 processor from 6th generation or higher or AMD FX or Ryzen processor from 1st generationInternet connection for software downloadMin.
