BRESSER Mechanical Stage for Stereo Microscopes (95 mm)

Microscope slides with a micrometer scale are used for the calibration for measurements.They are used in combination with a micrometer eyepiece or a measurement software (for cameras) in order to measure preparations. The broad scale is suitable for lower magnifications, the fine scale for higher magnifications.

The zoom stereo microscope BRESSER Advance ICD is suitable for a wide variety of objects. Because of the Greenough design with two tilted objectives, you can view the sample in 3D. The three-dimensional view is also very helpful when working under the microscope, e.g. when soldering, dissecting or preparing a sample.The precise zoom enables you to view your sample in a wide range of magnifications from 1x to 4x (zoom ratio 4.0). When zooming, only slight refocussing is necessary. To do this, the Advance ICD microscope is equipped with a very precise, coaxial coarse and fine focus. The fine focus is especially helpful when using high magnifications or for imaging. When doing focus stacking with our MikroCam cameras (optional) the fine focus is also a big help.The interpupillary distance of the eyepiece pair is adjustable. Both eyepiece holders are equipped with diopter adjustment, which allows users with bad eyesight to compensate up to 8 dpt. difference between left and right eye. The 10x wide field eyepieces have field number (FN) 22 and are equipped with soft rubber eyecups. The microscope head can be moved on the long rod of the stand, which allows you to observe big samples up to a size of 22 cm.The angle of the bright LED reflected light illumination can be adjusted as necessary. The extra bright and even LED transmitted light provides a flat background when viewing transparent samples. The switch allows you to select reflected light, transmitted light or a combination of both to match your requirements. Brightness is adjustable with the dimmer. The bright light does not heat up, which allows you to observe also living specimens over a longer period of time. The long lasting LED is powered by a 5V AC adapter (EU/UK). The power cable comes with a USB plug.Fully equipped, the Advance ICD covers an exceptionally wide range of magnifications and is therefore suitable for a variety of tasks. Besides the included 2x lens there is also a selection of other auxiliary objectives available. The BRESSER 0.5x reduction lens is used to change the image field of a microscope camera. Itallows to zoom in or out. The brightness becomes more intensive, to reduce the exposure time.For trinocular microscopes the adapter allows to adjust the focus to get the same focus for every eyepiece. It is compatible with 23.2 mm eyepiece holders. This adapter is designed for cameras with sensor sizes from 1/2 " or 1/3". The connection is made via 1 " C-mount thread. The particularly wide base with object table and the exceptionally large height adjustment range allow the observation of larger objects. The instrument features LED reflected and transmitted illumination, which can be used individually or combined and each dimmed steplessly. The reflected light incidence angle is particularly user-friendly adjustable and lockable. With interchangeable widefield eyepieces (WF10x) and a 6.25x stereo zoom objective (0.8x-5x), a continuous magnification range of 8x to 50x is realised. The modern Sony® CMOS sensors deliver brilliant colours with overall very low image noise and are therefore the perfect solution for applications where natural colour reproduction is important. The included capture software offers numerous settings for capturing single images and videos. An integrated measurement function* allows measurement already in the live image. The included software supports the following languages: German, English, French, Polish, Turkish, Chinese. The housing features a C-Mount connection thread. For use on devices with 23.2mm mount, an optional variable reduction optic 0.5x (Art. No. 5914005) is available. For special applications, the camera can also be mounted on the integrated 1/4'' tripod thread. Compared to the MikroCam SP, the BRESSER MikroCamII is equipped with a USB 3.0 connection. This allows up to 8 times higher data rates than USB 2.0 connections. The cameras are thus capable of transmitting more than 25 frames per second (depending on resolution, exposure time and computer performance). This is especially important for living microorganisms.
