In addition, the date and time is set automatically via a DCF signal (a manual setting is also possible). This BRESSER Tendence FSX Thermo-/Hygrometer base station with 3-day forecast is a clearly structured weather station in a modern design with an outdoor sensor, which delivers accurate measurements at any time. The battery-powered outdoor sensor (batteries not included) with 30 m transmission range transmits precise weather data such as temperature, humidity, moon phases and air pressure to the base station. On the display of the base station with LED backlight, these precise measured values are clearly structured. In addition, this station is equipped with a frost warning, which gives you a wake-up call at temperatures of -3° or below. Thanks to the elegant design, the device blends in perfectly in any home - from a country house to minimalist decor. The outdoor temperature and humidity readings from the 5-in-1 outdoor sensor are supplemented by the integrated thermal/hygro sensor on the base station, which provides precise data on indoor temperature, humidity and air pressure. And so that you always know which way the wind is blowing from - as well as how much it's rained - the weather station also features an anemometer and a rain gauge. Practical features and useful weather data Featuring an outdoor sensor, the weather station offers numerous features to keep you meteorologically informed throughout the day. For example, the graphic weather forecast will show you what kind of weather you can expect over the next 12 hours. Meanwhile, the perceived ('feels like') temperature factors in the impact of wind and humidity on the outdoor temperature, and helps you to choose the right clothes. In addition to the dew point, wind chill and heat index, the weather station also shows you the wind speed using the Beaufort index so that you always know how strong the wind is blowing. However, it's not just the outdoor conditions that are important. The weather station also features a graphic indoor climate indicator, which uses a smiley to show you whether the indoor temperature and humidity are at an optimal level. If your struggle with mildew or dry air, you can set a maximum and minimum value alarm that informs you when the preset limits have been reached.
