The BRESSER TRM-301 is a trinocular biological microscope of first-class quality: This means excellent imaging, good ergonomy, high stability and a modern attractive design. It is a laboratory microscope, which permits an intensive use, e.g. in medicine, biology, agriculture and industry area. Also, we can recommend it to the engaged hobbyist as his "microscope for a lifetime". A particular important feature of the TRM-301 is its ability for the Köhler illumination. This optimal illumination is bright, cool (going easy on the object), homogenous, reflex free and rich in contrast, so it makes the full use of the microscope optics. The Köhler illumination is standard for scientific research and microphotography. It is achieved with the fixed field diaphragm and the adjustable Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25; with iris diaphragm). Naturally, the TRM-301 has the other features, which are typical for high-quality microscopes: lengthwise and cross moveable stage, ergonomic coaxial focusing knobs (fine focus: 200 µm / full turn), continous dimmer, planachromatic objectives (4x, 10x, 40x, 100x-oil retractable), 10x wide field eyepieces (mounted in 30° inclined eyepiece tubes), adjustment of eye relief, diopter adjustment and the phototube. The BRESSER MikroCam SF cameras are perfect for capturing high-quality photos and videos through a microscope. They make documenting and sharing your observations with others easy. Thanks to the high frame rate of the MikroCam SF series, you can record smooth and fluid videos. The built-in Sony sensors deliver excellent image quality, vibrant colours, and impressive dynamic range. The included software supports multiple languages, including German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and Turkish. The MikroCamLabII software offers a wide range of features. Essential settings like exposure time and sensitivity can be adjusted automatically or manually. One of the standout features is focus stacking, which increases depth of field, as well as tools for creating mosaics and panoramas. Both functions can be used with a pre-recorded image series or directly in live view. With live focus stacking (EDF), the MikroCamLabII software can produce razor-sharp images in just minutes. As you adjust the focus on your microscope, the software automatically builds a perfectly sharp final image—no extra steps needed. This allows you to achieve stunning, high-quality results in no time.  The built-in measurement function* helps you determine dimensions or overlay a scale. With just a few clicks, you can measure distances, angles, or areas. Advanced tools even allow for precise measurements of circles (including area and radius) and complex polygons. Measurements can be performed on both captured images and live view. The MikroCamLabII software also includes powerful algorithms for automated image analysis, such as particle counting and surface evaluation. The camera body features a C-mount thread, making it compatible with microscopes from a variety of manufacturers. The BRESSER MikroCam Pro HDMI Autofocus delivers excellent image quality with ease of use. The microscopic image is transferred in Full HD resolution and without delay to a HDMI monitor or TV screen. An optional 11" HDMI screen is available under item code 5914110 and can be mounted on the camera directly. It gives brilliant images with high contrast. Microscope images and video can now be stored on a SD card. The Sony Sensor gives excellent image quality and is very light sensitive. So this camera is recommended for low light contrast methods like darkfield or phase contrast. The autofocus enables the user to focus without using the mechanical focus wheel. When changing the objective, the focus will automatically be adjusted from the camera. The focus range from the "zero" position (which is the standard backfocus for C-Mount) up to 5,4 mm intrafocal to reach CS-Mount distance, and 10,6 mm extrafocal, to cover a wide range. In addition to the autofocus functionality, you can set the focus with the mouse or set a user defined focus range. The camera can be controlled with the included USB mouse directly through the on screen display. The on screen functionality now includes a measuring function as well, so the MikroCam Pro HDMI Autofocus upgrades your existing trinokular microscope to a fully equipped digital autofocus microscope. With the WiFi module, the camera can also supply the images in a wireless network. Due to this, a permanent connection to a PC via USB is not provided. But the professional software MikroCamLabII is still included with the camera for further image analysis after transferring the data stored on the SD card.
