How Temperature Measurement Helps Save Energy
Did you know? Lowering the room temperature by just 1 degree can save up to 6 percent of energy. It's worth paying close attention when heating. With the integrated thermometer in our weather stations and thermo-hygrometers, you can always keep an eye on the current room temperature – allowing you to adjust your heating habits to save energy. Has the temperature reached a level that's comfortable for you? Then the thermostat can be turned down a bit to maintain the room temperature and save money.
Practical everyday helpers: Some models also offer a high-low temperature alarm that alerts you with a sound when your individually set temperatures are reached. In the morning, take a look at the display while having your coffee and immediately know what the day brings: The weather station not only shows you accurate weather data and a reliable weather forecast, but also makes the whole experience visually appealing. With 256 different display colours, you can set your device to your liking - or let the colour change automatically with the outside temperature. Do you need a warm jacket today or is a T-shirt enough? The coloured display reveals it at first glance.
Precise measurements thanks to the weather station with outdoor sensor
When you look out the window, you can see the weather, but you dont know the exact values. This is where the home weather station helps you out, as it provides you with precise data for both indoors and outdoors. Room temperature and humidity as well as outside temperature and humidity are continuously measured. And the practical max/min temperature memory shows you how the values have developed over time.
